This time, Elisabet Sena-Martin shares Knowledge Workx’ Three Colors of Worldview as a helpful tool for understanding our own cultural preferences, underlying beliefs and assumptions, and their impact on how we perceive the world and others. Develop better understanding of others and strategies for improving interactions across cultural preferences.

It will discuss what the framework is, give a brief introduction to each of the three worldviews, and offer some ideas for how people can use it to improve communication and interaction with others. In Knowledge Workx’ framework, the worldviews present lenses through which we see the world, interpret others’ actions, and respond. Since differences in worldview often lead people to interpret and respond differently to the same situation, learning about the worldviews can help people develop better understanding of others (individuals, groups, systems, and processes) and develop strategies for improving interpersonal and group interactions across cultural preferences.
