To become an alumnus of Leadership Everyone, an individual must partake in one of our Community Leadership Programs. These individuals spend multiple days reflecting on servant leadership and how to implement the leadership skills taught in our retreats throughout their daily lives. With people from all backgrounds and occupations, Leadership Everyone alumni are a diverse group of individuals working toward a better, more inclusive future for our community.

As Mizell Stewart III said after his Leadership Everyone retreat in January of 2008, “Leadership Evansville plays an essential role in moving people from all walks of life to a higher level of civic and community engagement. The program not only encourages participants to examine the community, it demands that participants examine themselves—and our city by the river is much, much better for it.”
