DESCRIPTION:Leadership Everyone’s series\, LE Connects\, is where LE staff\, board\, alumni\, and friends get together on Zoom to connect\, share\, and gather ideas on how we can use Servant Leadership to help one another and the community. \nThis time\, Elisabet Sena-Martin shares Knowledge Workx’ Three Colors of Worldview as a helpful tool for understanding our own cultural preferences\, underlying beliefs and assumptions\, and their impact on how we perceive the world and others. Develop better understanding of others and strategies for improving interactions across cultural preferences. \nMore details: \nIt will discuss what the framework is\, give a brief introduction to each of the three worldviews\, and offer some ideas for how people can use it to improve communication and interaction with others. In Knowledge Workx’ framework\, the worldviews present lenses through which we see the world\, interpret others’ actions\, and respond.
